Back desk staff near elevator was rude . I asked how long the pool would be closed and she seemed inconvenienced due to the fact she was on her personal cell phone and I somehow interrupted her. Brunette mid length to long hair -late 40’s 50. Doesn’t my stay help pay your wages ? This is unacceptable unprofessional behavior Front desk staff should as ok but really didn’t make me feel too welcome when I arrived . I also called a week prior to request rooms on the second floor and they said yes they can do that for me. However when I arrived staff said they’re unable to accommodate me. If I would have know this I would have stayed elsewhere-& they probably realized that and this is the reason why it played out the way it did. Hotel was ok but you need to train staff on hospitality 101. Sub par at best

The property was in a perfect location based on what we were doing during our stay. Overall I was satisfied with the value. Cleanliness could be improved.Our room had some minor issues. The location. Is very good.There's many convenient areas to shop close by to get gas and food as well.

We had items stolen from our room. Earrings from an earrings/necklace set. My daughter feels quite violated that someone went through her things. I also was resting in bed one morning while my family had left…a maid let herself in (even though we had the privacy please sign up)…came in and flushed the toilet and left. I chalked it up to a weird happening, but now have it figured out what was going on. Otherwise nice place, good price and great restaurant staff. I’ve called the manager and are awaiting their follow up Monday.

Just very average as far as hotels go. Good location with access to interstate. we didn't get the room we had signed up for on Expedia because we checked in later. Staining all over the carpet in room pretty gross. Also seemed to be understaffed at the front desk all the time.

They charged me over 1000 dollars to much for two nights also the rooms was very dirty also my sons room whom I also booked a room for his room had black stuff all over bed also tv was broken

This was a really nice hotel. I have stayed in one across 72nd street before that was a dump. Nice to have a good option in this area.

The pool was closed for maintenance. This wasn’t listed on their website and part of why we chose the property. My 10 year old daughter was looking forward to swimming. Wish they would have had a hot tub. The restaurant was very good and Lucas was awesome!
