"This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. I stay here with my wife around 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is so great. This hotel I very love it. It feels like home to me. They like to give us an upgrade to 2 bedroom suit but only me and my wife stay there. We don’t need an extra room. I would prefer we get free breakfast instead for the upgrade. "

"The hotel over all stay was fantastic. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. The biggest issue I had was during checkout when the front desk alerted me to a pending charge for a dirty towel. It is not about the cost but the principle of the matter. "

"The property was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the beds were very hard. I had a sore back every morning and didn't get much sleep. "

"The only con i hve to say is tht the wifi is so slow. Pros: walking distance to MBK and Siam discovery, paragon. The toilet is huge. Aircon is good. Bed is comfy. Tiny little balcony."

"Great location that not too far from anything although the property is in the alley where it quite a few mins walk and do not recommend. The hotel offer FREE Tuk Tuk service which is extreamly convenient. All the staffs are polite and kind. I highly recommend this property. "

"A good size of self contained unit, close to transport hub and shopping mall but not too close to be noisy (3-5 minutes walk), staff are very friendly & helpful, if the owner decided to spend a bit on renovation, I would give a 4 Star rating."

"The people working there were the so pleasant and helpful. Siam Bright Suite is a quiet hideaway and refuge from the bustle of Bangkok. Its location is top notch for Pagodas and Chinatown. The restaurants a few steps away are among the best in the city. I hope to be back!"

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."

"I have stayed here many times its a great hotel in a good location, with great staff, only thing i would point out is the breakfast is not as good as it used to be its overcrowded not hotel fault but they organise there food better, they used to have the best bircher muesli but its not there anymore, maybe a change of chefs.Still a great hotel "
