Good hotel for business trip

Good hotel right next to train station, small shopping center & supermarket. great restaurant and good breakfast. very recommended

I went there and wife was pregnant. At time of check in I asked to see the room and saw there is no air flow or HVAC in the room and said my wife wont be able to stay here. I didn’t checked in and asked for refund so I can stay somewhere else. Person said they will issues refund. It happened in September first week. Till now Expedia is unable to get hold the property manager. I didn’t get my money back yet. Both hotel and Expedia have shown worst service. Stay away from the hotel it is terrible. don’t get trapped with pictures. Plus dont use Expedia. I have used them for 12 years now their service is terrible as well.

Great hotel in Olten, between Basel and Zurich

Difficult times in Covit but staff were professional and friendly. Hotel is in excellent condition.
