Posted 7 May 2024 on HotelsThe lovely host and hostess were a delight. Very kind, personable, very helpful. The accommodation was a wonderful experience. They thought of everything to make a guest feel very welcome. Like the location also, quieter neighborhood, but easy walking access to town center.

Wonderful property with super friendly hosts, comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful garden! Loved the lovely breakfast outdoor.

This is a little gem of a place, not to be missed if you are staying in the area, and well worth a detour.
Do not go out to a local restaurant for a meal, but rather eat in the instead - which was a delight!. The hosts prepare a fresh meal, with vegetables straight from their pretty garden, and will join you for the meal.
Both Patrick and Corrine are wonderful hosts, and can’t do enough to make your stay pa pleasure.
My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation.
The only disappointment was that we were only staying one night!

Charming B&B
Posted 6 Sep 2018 on HotelsThis is a beautiful little B&B in a charming town. My only problem is how difficult it was to find the place, even with GPS...we drove round and round, and finally phoned the owner to talk us to the door. Thank goodness he was available, and speaks English!
My husband walks with a cane, the stairs and doorways were a little tricky. There is a creperie and small grocery on the same square, (lots of parking), but nearest restaurant with a bar was a long walk down and back up the hill after. The house and garden are lovely, the food was delicious, the room spacious and quirky -- amazing ancient floorboards! The neighborhood was a little down at the heels, but we didn´t feel unsafe. A walk around the block showed us some of the houses are 400 years old, the ancient church and cemetery worth a look, too.
Deep terraced back yard, lovely table for an evening glass of wine... too bad another guest got there first!
