Posted 14 Sep 2023 on HotelsI have been staying at this hotel for the third year and every year between 4 and 5 times, and I always park in the hotel's parking lot, which is free of charge. This time they surprised me and asked for a payment for the parking , of course I explained to them that they never charged a fee for the parking and if they insisted that I pay I will stop staying with them, they ended up not charging for the parking, nor could I use my points due to a problem with the computer system.
