Room had broken AC unit. Had to wait 36 hrs for maintenance to fix, because they would not switch room. Had to wait around and then actually assist maintenance person in removing old unit. The room’s floors were mucked up afterward. A lovely view on a three day stay, marked up floors with old, dirt and dust from the AC replacement. Lastly, housekeeping was incredibly rude and condescending when asked politely for a towel. Told mgmt, they said they’d speak to the individual.Whether they did or didn’t is unknown.

Room 212 has/had a very musky smell. I sprayed Lysol and plugged in an air freshener. The door does close but have to lean in to it. Hard to open (stuck) when first opening it.

Enjoyed the variety for breakfast. Asked housekeeper to exchange towels only, no need to clean room. I was told to leave towels outside the door, which we did. When we returned to room, there were no towels in room. Had to go to front desk to get towels.
