The overall experience was satisfying however the housekeepers should adjust the time to knock on the door in the morning.

Staff goes above and beyond at this upscale hotel. I found that the lack of trash receptacles to be bothersome. Would have been nice to have the heater in the pool fixed in a timely manner. Hotel was otherwise enjoyable

We just stayed a night prior to surgery at a local hospital. The shower was stuck on one setting which was “painful” or “sandblaster” mode which was awful. I feel like paying this amount for a room the shower would have all 5 options available on the nozzle

Was a little disappointed with the fact that the pool heater has not been fixed or replaced for a week or more. The recent renovations are exquisite. Unfortunately I felt that some of the areas were a tad stuffy. Overall was extremely pleased with my stay.
