Sheila is amazing, but I got there late after midnight and i put in a reuest for a room on the 4th floor 2 days in advance overlooking Travel lodge-this time I was on the second floor facing the china buffet and I did not like it so this week I am staying at another location. Will try to get there earlier and connect with Sheila she always takes really good care of me since I am a regular.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our one night stop in Bakersfield . I would stay there again. I was disappointed they did not have a coffee pot or microwave in the room. One needed to go to the lobby for coffee/tea.

Pretty clean room…only complaint with the room/inside of the property was a stained towel (had enough for one night to make do without bothering staff). Not the greatest area of town, pretty loud street/interstate noise but may be better on the other side of the property. Had security outside watching the parking lot at night so was not worried about my car parked in the lot over night although wouldn’t leave anything of value although probably a good rule to follow on the west coast in general.
