When we got there at 3pm there were no rooms ready. I gave the front desk my number to call me once the room was ready. By 6pm I never got a call, so I showed up and finally got a room. Once in the room we had 2 queen beds when we had paid for a King size, my husband is 6"2 so you can imagine how the queen bed was not good. It was late and we were very tired, so we dealt with the situation. When I went to take a shower, I found 2 dirty towels in the tib, that made me feel a bit sick to think they did not clean the room correctly. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. AMR

The front door has to be open manually which isn’t ideal for older patrons. Some staff members are a little rude. Towels we were given from maid service were dirty. Usually our stays at HIE in other states are great I’m hoping this was an oops for Tampa location.
