When I reserved the room it didn't give me an option for Downstairs, since my wife is Disabled. So they told me we have downstairs but it will be 25.00 dollars more. I've stayed there before, so I thought they would give me the room for the same price. That's the only thing I disliked.

At check in, our team informed you that we do not have any one king bed left downstairs so the upgrade was for 2 beds with a kitchen. The 25 was offered to you as a loyal guests, instead of the actual price difference on a weekend. Our team was informed that she would be fine going up the stairs in which she was as you made the choice. Nonetheless, we are glad you stayed with us and remember to call us, to make your requests ahead of time so we can best accommodate your needs to the best we can.

It was a four minute drive to the beach and surrounded by shops. The staff was phenomenal! The woman who ran the property was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The property is typical to what you would expect from a budget friendly limited hotel.

Family run business focused on customer service.

Not satisfied what so ever!!!
Posted 6 Oct 2024 on HotelsIt was not good at all. Under the comforter on the bedsheets, there was like food or crumbs. I guess they didn’t clean it the walls are very dirty
