Incredible experience! Big room for family of 4 with kitchenette. Didn’t have trouble at all with the electronic part of self check in, the laundry room was awesome and easy to use as well. Location 10/10 will definitely recommend

The digital Check in was easier than expected Rooms were good, bathroom was very small but not a deal breaker. Location was phenomenal! Easy walking distance to nearly all sights. 10 minutes to walk to anywhere! One minute to get to the Coop where you can purchase food, drinks whatever you might need.

Very nice room. AC was great. Not sure if all rooms are like this but our room seemed very new like it had been redone recently. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in Lucerne. We needed to do laundry and they have brand new machines that worked great.

Great space and atmoshere. Room was large and area very convenient. Old town area so had some sewage smell from the drain which was not pleasant in our room. Went to complete laundry but the washer was smelly and needed to be cleaned. We ran a clean cycle and advised the 3rd party app but they would not refund the invoice of $3 even though we disclosed the issue. Free tea was nice touch. Would stay again.

The property has self check in, which was complicated because the email with the passcode was sent to an Expedia email making it not easy to find. The room was very cramped but clean. If you have any accessibility issues this place would be difficult because of the number of stairs.

The location is excellent, however the property can be maintained better. Our room was so dusty, we had to wash all utensils before using them. The towel warmer didn't work and the AC barely cooled the room, we slept with windows open. This is a hostel and that's how it is set up.

Located in the center of the Lucern city hub. Very convenient amd close to the bus stop and the Lucern Train Station. The room was clean and the kitchen has all the amenities except a microwave oven. The luggage locker is very useful for us. But it would be better if there is a lock on the door which can be opened by the residents only.
