All of the hotel, valet , housekeeping and restaurant staff were great. I had a few minor gripes that would make me second guess another stay here however. There is no self parking at all, which gets pretty expensive. The restaurant is extremely noisy but i guess it’s a popular place, but make sure to request a room on a higher floor. The pool was not heated during our stay which was a real bummer. It is in the shade too so pretty impossible to use. Not a family friendly hotel for this reason. The biggest complaint of all was the lack of hot coffee in the lobby. In our 8 day stay not once was the coffee hot , often it was empty and the urn they use is not insulted. Insane….. also the cups they give you are wax coated cups not meant for hot drinks. Call me crazy but after complaining every single morning this would literally stop me from staying here again. It shows that they are not interested in giving guests what they want. I spoke to several other guests in the lobby and elevator who all had the same complaint ! Bummer because a lot of features were really nice. Please do better !!
