The area is super convenient but very active. We had an exterior room and could hear all the street noise throughout the night. Bed was not very comfortable. Cleaning staff seemed to come at random times of the day. Breakfast had many offerings.

The location is wonderful. Very central Royal mile. However, my door wouldn’t shut properly. They did come look at it but we had to let it slam shut and I felt bad for the people near us. The room was okay. Needs some updating and the outlet didn’t work. Otherwise it was fine for a one night stay.

Great hotel in a brilliant central location. Everything within walking distance. Polite and friendly staff.
Only gripe was a noisy room due to the wind whistling outside. Not a complaint of the hotel, just an observation.
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great hotel! We were on our honeymoon and the staff made everything to make our stay more special!

Excellent hotel. Just off royal mile. Had a bar that opened very late. Perfect place to stay. Staff so lovely.
