Staff could have been more efficient, stairs to the lift were annoying; atleast the ramp should’ve been better designed. hotel should have better access to parking especially after 11PM.

Great location! Very busy hotel. Very walkable to many restaurants/pubs, the castle. The room was nice but it was so hot and nothing could be done to cool it down. Made it so that we were not able to sleep well during our stay.

I would recommend this hotel
Its a bit more expensive the fact its sterling
I liked the little xtras like mulled wine n mince pies in the late afternoon.
The staff are very friendly n go out if there way to assist.

Very clean safe place. Short walkable distance to Edinburgh Castle, Victoria Street and the Royal Mile.

Hotel was extremely hot and we had a fire alarm at 0300am due to the kitchen toaster. Not sure why toast is being made at 0300. All occupants had to evacuate in the cold for nearly an hour. Hotel was cleared by fire department and was able to return to my room for the 0700 am flight.
Don't stay on the street side. I could hear the people that had been at the pubs talking outside throughout the night.
