Very basic budget property, condition of bed wasnt great (wonky and uncomfortable)and bathrooms are shared which isnt mentioned on expedia, although cleanliness is maintained.

This was an excellent choice for Tbilisi and I am
So grateful that I could arrive late (my bus was severely delayed) and the host was kind and generous. I loved the vibe with shared facilities kept clean and a sense of community for travellers. The unsealed road outside was a bit of a challenge but it is being fixed and I passed the workers as I left the next day. Grateful for a soft place to land after a long journey.

年季の入った建物ですが掃除はよく行き届いていて、清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
街の中心部のすぐそばにあるので、アクセスはとても良いです。
スタッフの皆さんも親切で、受付以外でもWhatsAppを通じてやりとりが可能でした。

Poor value for money

Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. Just few points for consideration, a/c systems are central which maintains the cool temperature at whole premises, this has been done in avoidance of a noise at the guest rooms. As for the TV, previous guest experiences have showed the preference not to have them in the rooms as the most do prefer to use internet for their laptops or portable computers. As regards to breakfast, it consist of cooked breakfast (fried sausage, fried eggs and bacon), vegetables, toast, home made jams, tea/coffee, cakes, fruits, yogurt, cheese, milk, juice, cornflakes. And finally, Red Fox is the family run guesthouse and is not the hotel, therefore all the polices (including reception hours) are run as regards to its level of comfort. All the additional policies are clearly written under the property description for future guests to read. All the best, Tamara (manager)

לא מנקים את החדרים
שהוזמן יום נוסף אמרו לי להזמין דרכה ישירות ולא דרך האתר הזה
אך קיבלתי מחיר גבוה ממה שסוכם ולא רצתה להחזיר לי את הכסף וגם לאחר שנאמר לה שתחזקוה גרועה והברז שבור האשימה אותי שאני אולי שברתי איתו . בכל מקרה לא ממליץ

Dear guests, all the details of the comfort level is in accordance to the room rates, in addition the guests can inform us if they will need additional housekeeping at the rooms. In response to your review we need to point out the fact that no additional charge was taken from you which was applicable to the bad condition you left the room after residing there for two days (damaged bathroom appliances plus the dirtiest room ever) In addition I have to say that our response to your attitude was kept on a very professional level.
