Dishonest staff! Be careful.
Posted 15 Nov 2022 on HotelsIt was ok in the beginning but when we asked for breakfast the receptionist said to hand 20 lari each for 3 people to the cook at the basement. I feel they are not honest.
Secondly when we checked out, the cleaner immediately took the key from our hand so she can clean
It was about 10:30 am.
The I realized i forgot my watch and bracelet at the bathroom counter but they denied seeing it. It was a two tone Rolex and a Charriol bangle.

Please notice, you have booked a Family Room based on RO (Room Only) rate. That's why Receptionist had asked you to pay 20 GEL per person for Breakfast, that's absolutely correct. We even recuced the Rate because Regular Breakfast cost is 25 GEL per person. As for the bracelet and watch, General Manager talked to the housekeeper, and she did not find any of them in the bathroom. There are safe in the room and the hotel is not responsible for the things left anywhere in the room. Anyway, we even called to the laundry and asked them to search the things among lining. We have done everything from our side to find your stuff. Sincerely,Hotel General Manager

Overpriced and they will try to overcharge you on laundry and breakfast. Bad service.

A very nice hotel at the heart of Tbilisi for the very reasonable price.
