"Took a long time to check in despite being seen straight away. Room was okay. Very basic and no way to fill up the water bottle. "Nice couple of days food was nice. We stayed in the Paddocks but not told that until we arrived thought we were in the hotel. We were not told we could drive to the Paddocks so walked the distance then had to come back for the car. Everything else was fine would go back."

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway.
