Hotel Maison du Fort is a wonderful place to stay! Great location (close to all the sites but on a quiet street) and a charming, historic building. The owner, Marielle, is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but was very clean and cozy! The bathroom looks newly renovated and shower was great.

Charming place to stay
Posted 5 Sep 2021 on HotelsMaison du fort is a well managed and comfortable place to stay and enjoy beautiful Quebec City. The rooms are decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds, and updated bathrooms. Marielle is charming and very helpful. I will certainly return here again to stay.

This hotel is run by the owner. She’s very attentive and sweet. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well maintained.

Perfect location, incredible stay!
Posted 8 Sep 2020 on HotelsIt was absolutely fantastic! My mom and I decided at the very last minute to visit QC city for the long weekend and found this great hotel. The place is gorgeous!!! Beautiful room, very clean, incredible service from the owner - Marielle. It’s 2 blocks away from the famous boardwalk by Chateau Laurier and max 5 min walk to all the main streets. I will only stay there during my next visit in the beautiful city :)

Very well maintained building with an old fashioned style! The shower was really nice and there were all the amenities I expected other than a mini fridge (in my room at least). I wasn't expecting all the cat themed art but I liked it. The owner is really friendly.
