The property exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in early with our bags off the train. The room was spacious, including the huge bathroom with double sinks, heated floors and large tub. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby with fireplace was very cozy to read a book or just relax. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast room service was definitely a highlight for us!
We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Quebec City. Thank you!

Exceptional service, immaculate and cozy room, easy access to Old Town and shopping. Staff extremely caring and friendly. Highly recommended.

11/10 Experience. Blown away by how beautiful this hotel was. Excellent location. Great hospitality. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was beautiful. Looking forward to returning!

The hotel has a comfortable and attractive common area with interesting artifacts on display. The bar serves tasty meals, and it’s easy to get into.
Our room was handsome enough, and the service was great.
I recommend it.
