The Inn needs an update. Our room had no television, refrigerator, bathtub or fireplace. The bright spot was the Side Bar which has excellent jazz shows

The Old Lyme Inn itself is a very nice property and the staff is exceptional. The staff is warm, welcoming and very helpful and informative about events and the local area.

The Inn is beautiful however some of the furniture was shabby and the bed was lumpy.

Staff is friendly and motivated.

A quaint and charming New England Inn set in a peaceful setting close to beaches. The staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
