Overall the stay was very good. Did have trouble with my keycard on 3 occasions but got resolved. The front desk staff went over and beyond as i had my phone stolen and they actually drove me to the police station to assist me with the reporting

The sound insulation is very poor.

Good hotel but restaurant did not had much options for vegetarians in breakfast and dinner. No restaurant around. Walking around was not easy.

Dies war das erste Aston Hotel was uns sehr enttäuscht hat. Schon beim check-in gab es Probleme mit der Kaution fürs Zimmer. Wir hatten den doppelten Preis für Kaution hinterlegt und auf der Quittung stand die Hälfte des Betrages. Erst nach mehrmaligen Diskussionen, Angeboten die Videos zu checken und letztendliches eigenes Nachzählen des Geldes, wurde uns geglaubt. Wir hatten 2 Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. In einem Zimmer (unterschiedliche Etagen) stand ein Aschenbecher und im Flur wurde geraucht. Also war dieses eine Zimmer wohl in einer Raucheretage. Die Handtücher im Bad waren ausgefranst/angerissen und dürften so nicht mehr für Gäste ausgelegt werden. Beim Bezahlen der Rechnung gab es ebenfalls Probleme. Abendessen war sehr gut. Frühstück dafür umso weniger. Saft wurde mit Eiswürfeln versetzt und Kaffee war wegen einem seltsamen Geschmack nicht trinkbar. Schade. Hatten uns sehr auf dieses Hotel gefreut. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.

드럽고 개선의 의욕도 없는 직원

변기 읹는 자리에 발지국이 있고 사진 찍어서 보여 주었는데 죄송하다는 말고 방문 조차도 안함. 냉장고는 작동 안되고 말해도 개선이 안됨. 많이 친환경이라서 물은 공용 정수기에서 받아와야 함. 많은 출장에서 호텔을 이용 했지만 이런 곳은 처음.
