I was sexually harassed by a member of staff at this hotel! Do not go here! I was a young woman travelling alone. I paid the extortionate price for a room in this hotel as I thought it would help guarantee some degree of safety. I was very wrong. I called to book a massage only to be sent to a room (very very suspicious). I felt really cut off from the rest of the hotel. The man that was massaging me began to touch me sexually, removing my underwear. He would not stop when I asked again and again. Disgusting and terrible do not send your daughters here do not allow your female family members to book this hotel. For reference this was in 2018. I was staying in a suite.

The staff we're wonderful. Helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be.

Nice pool, great breakfast. Bathroom and tub nice and big. Front Door did not have consistent staffing, bar had no mint in a town famous for the mojito, welcome drink was non-alcoholic. 2 room phones didn’t work. WiFi required constant signing in again.

A super stay but service is lacking

Great location, super comfortable room, quiet and a well stocked bathroom (and great water pressure and temp).Rooftop pool area was lovely (albeit the pool was excruciatingly cold). Service was indifferent at best (especially an underwhelming check in and check out).

Old school charm with a perfect location, great food, clean rooms with views, and friendly service. It’s one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Great location. Very clean hotel. Beautiful rooptop pool and bar. The wifi did not work for much of the trip.
