The best staff ever , very helpful and nice would make you feel at home.
I loved that the breakfast option was at any time wanted not at a specific hour .. the area is very safe and close to every tourist attraction as well.
10/10 experience, they offer great service , pick up and drop off from and to the airport or any other place you want to go to ! I would probably come again just to stay in this Hostal❤️

An incredible place, in easy walking distance of the Capitol building and most of the areas of interest within Old Havana. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were the highlight with everyone being so helpful - we had our luggage lost by the airline and the staff went out of their way to help us with clothes, toiletries and even money! Couldn't thank them enough and would definitely stay again.

This charming hostal (really a boutique hotel) gave us an authentic taste of old Havana. It has a quirky, unique style with a lovely bar and balconies. We stayed here at the beginning and again at the end of our stay, so got to know the staff well. They were all incredibly friendly and endlessly helpful, making recommendations, booking taxis, transfers, changing money and answering all our questions. Jorge in particular was always around to help us in every way he could. We stayed in a small but comfortable room first then splurged on the suite on the upper floor, which was definitely worth the price. Both rooms had reliable WiFi, and a/c. We loved Cuba and when we go back to Havana we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team at Balcones Muralla.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The staff were charming and very helpful. Would recommend if you want a real Havana Viejo experience.

The location is great for walking around Old Havana. The staff was truly wonderful, someone was always there to greet you the a smile. Prepared lovely meals and happy to sit and share information and recommendations around Havana. The decor perfectly combines antiques as art.

If you want to experience real old city, staying there is the best option. Hotel reception staffs all very friendly and helpful

Location location location, and the staff were amazing, so pleased to have found they had put the Aircon on for our arrival. I put 3 stars for facilities only because some extra space for bags in room and a shame the rooftop bar was not open

Amazing Staff made us feel like family
Posted 9 Sep 2024 on HotelsThis place was absolutely amazing. It is a very cute hotel in the center of old havana but the hotel staff and their attention to detail is what did it for me. Firs off and most importantly the staff makes you feel like family. They tell you the do's and donts of navigating the city they also helped us to book tours with local trusted drivers so we wouldnt get scammed. The food was amazing!!! I litterally ate breakfast there every day. The hotel staff is very attentive and very kind. I got a cold one day and at some point every single staff member checked on me and asked if there was anything they could do for me. This by far exceeded my expectations and i will for sure stay here next time im in town. Thank you staff for your hospitality and making us feel like family.

The staff made the hostal. What phenomenal people. Thanks guys!! Did all the could to help and make our trip relaxing, and super friendly too.
Also, a beautiful venue in the middle of Havana's Old Town which is super convenient.
