"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air conditioner pictured in the living room, did not exist. After further inspection, there were no garbage bags, no dish soap, the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, there were ants everywhere, the toilet in the master bathroom leaked brown water, the bathroom smelled & the door is rotting on the inside. We used only the other toilet. On 11/8, we tried to enter the gate, the security guard informed us that they were not allowed to let us in. I was beyond confused, as our belongings were upstairs. Apparently, there was some kind of miscommunication over monthly payments between the building & the host. The host was unresponsive when we reached out to her and the situation continued until the day we checked out. We felt unsafe a majority of the trip having to argue with security for 4 days to get in and out of the gate, while having my daughter and elderly mother with me. I reached out Expedia and they did not offer any solution. This rental should not be allowed on their platform."

"What you see on the web is not what you get when you go there. We did not stay when we saw the condition of the place."

"It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free "

"It’s an amazing experience. Serene atmosphere. Privacy guaranteed. You have your space to yourself, Private kitchen & living room. A/C room, water heater etc. Nice reception . Looking forward to staying at the same place next visit. Thanks Andrea & Marcia they are wonderful host. "

"Excellent communication and customer service. The property is in great condition. One disadvantage, the pool was a mirage (we never saw one)."

"I stayed here for 3 nights, along with my guest. This property really deserve more than a 5 star. it was immaculate inside and outside We loved everything about it. extremely quiet the property manager took the time out to reach out to me personally and I really really appreciate that. I will be staying here again very soon possibly in July I’ve also recommending it to my family & friends as well.that are traveling to Jamaica very soon!"
