Started staying here 12 years ago. First time back since Covid . No coffee station in the morning. No room service menu in the room. Water was shut off all night until morning. Not a problem, things happen. This place use to have a great vibe. It’s completely devoid of any feeling. The best I can say is that it had clean sheets and towels.

Hotel newly updated and it is fantastic! Staff is high service as always, atrium area is beautiful and room was very nice. Can’t wait to come back.

My stay was from a Tuesday to Tuesday so I was able to take in the full experience of the hotel. The staff was beyond courteous.
