Such a great place. Lots of history and the host was great. Breakfast is with all the of the guests there in the Dining room which at first I was not sure about but it was nice to hear everyone’s stories and the host talked about all of the history of the bed and breakfast. There are no TVs in the rooms but honestly it was quite nice without it. Also lots of cool restaurants. Front range bbq was just up the street and had great food. Also it was featured on diners drive ins and dives with Guy Fieri on food network! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time at Spurs N Lace. My girlfriend and I stayed for just one night while visiting nearby Manitou Springs, but the B&B was perfect for our needs. I in particular enjoy historical locations and Spurs N Lace is a beautiful renovated Victorian. We stayed at the Victoria Rose Room.
Special thanks to Arlene, the proprietor and manager, for sending back to me the AirPods I left behind in the room. Arlene did not give up in our attempts to locate it as it was showing it was still there in FindMy app. Arlene didn’t even charge for the shipping costs despite it having been my fault and not of their staff.

Arlene, the owner is very friendly and so very knowledgeable about the area. We learned so much from her and the breakfast was delicious. The home is lovely, filled with antiques and warm and welcoming.

Truly enjoyed staying here. Ms. Arlene was an amazing host and Gina made such delicious breakfast.

We enjoyed hearing the history of the area and the lovely homey feel of the property. We also enjoyed visiting with the owner at breakfast

Everything was great! Arlene, the innkeeper, is a great host who is very knowledgeable about the area and is full of history!
