Best hotel in Batumi

Best hotel in Batumi ! Staff are helpful, from check in to check out. Spa facility is amazing (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath until 11pm) also the spa treatments and friendly staff. Outdoor pool has great atmosphere The beach (has stones and not sand, bring proper water shoes) is beautiful with sunbeds (10 lari each) The restaurant at the pool is good also the one on 20th floor has great views and food you should start there. There are many restaurants around the hotel (much cheaper than the one in the hotel), the boardwalk is 2 minutes away from the hotel and it is beautiful can also rent a scooter/ bicycle/ large bicycle of 4 people etc.. can ride around to either directions- the mall (go left)/ ali&nino moving statue/ Ferris wheel (go right). Taxi from airport to the hotel 10-15 lari, only cash (if you order from the hotel it cost around 40). Will definitely return to this specific and great hotel.

Unfortunately the hot water could not reach the 19th floor where I was allocated. Was notified of a refurbishment being undertaken after I accepted a booking which meant lower floors were unavailable.

The hotel was not in the quality that we expected. Lots of things were old broken or looked run down.

Don’t deserve 5 star.. bad experience from the first minute I entered till the end.. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone
