This is a 5-star property for large families that want an inexpensive, clean place to stay. It’s like a visit to Grandmother’s house. I gave 4 stars because this is really more of a B&B vibe than a hotel. But, if I wanted my two children to stay in a room with me, this is the place.

Friendly. Great area with access to restaurants, nightlife and walkable to everything the city has to offer. It’s just off the noisier, bustling areas so you will get a good nights sleep but just a few minutes walk to all the cities amenities

The staff was friendly in special the blonde woman, she speak Spanish she help me all the time The location is excellent.

The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. But the hotel is very old with old decor, no safe box in the room. Tiny shower. The breakfast was also very very basic.

Poor breakfast

Rude staff, broken A/C, good location
Posted 11 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe location is fantastic and the room clean but that’s the only positives I’m afraid. The air conditioning was broken, and in fact was stuck on hot setting so the room went up to 27 degrees. We asked if we could move rooms but they were full - they brought a fan to the room but it fell over several times and frankly made little difference. I asked even for some bottled water to cool down but the man at reception refused and was really rude, while drinking beer with friends in the hotel reception.
There are NO amenities. No shower gel, no tea coffee facilities, not even glasses in the room for water.
While the lady we checked out with gave us a small discount at the end to apologise, I couldn’t in good faith recommend anyone else stay here.

Buonasera, purtroppo le abbiamo spiegato che il condizionatore ha avuto problemi, per questo motivo le abbiamo fatto lo sconto. Il servizio cortesia si trova nel cassetto del bagno. per avere caffè o tea ci si può rivolgere al ricevimento. L'acqua la poteva acquistare forse non vi siete capiti.
