Amazing welcoming Steffania, was a delight and took great care of our every need.
We stayed for a 1 night connection before heading back to Olbia airport.
The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants.
Very clean, and quite given it is so close the main strip.

Hotel feels tired. Needs new mattresses and linens. Lighting in lobby was a mix of the new super white bulbs with warm bulbs in other fixtures. Gave a garish glow to lobby. The breakfast room was lovely and servers great fun to get to know. It is a great location just blocks from main drag

Dear Mr. Lynch, thank you for your review, but the hotel does not need new mattresses or new linen as there is nothing here that can be defined as dated or obsolete, we are very careful about all this. As for the 'mix of lights', we are very careful to detail and this is because each chandelier is designed to have a certain type of lights.Thanks anyway for giving us your point of view!Best regards

Gentile Helweth,Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento, e ci dispiace ancora di più che non ci abbia dato modo di "aggiustare il tiro", visto che quando gli chiedevamo come andava la permanenza ci rispondeva sempre "tutto bene". In modo da poter migliorare, ci sarebbe molto utile se ci contattasse per spiegarci dove abbiamo peccato. The staff were incredibly kind and parking was very easy to book. The staff made everything very easy as long as you have a working phone.
I can’t say I liked my room very much, felt a bit worn out. Shower looked different from pictures and I’m just very particular about bathrooms. All in all I just didn’t think it was worth the amount I paid.

Beautiful quiet hotel with wonderful n helpful staff. The area is perfect with lots of dinning options n shops. Highly recommend
