The swimming pool was ice cold the hot tub wasn't operational that was a whole reason I went there so I was a little disappointed

I love that La Quinta allows pets as the purpose of this trip was to pick up my dogs after being away from them for many months . My only negative with this stay was that they had some hot water issues and I wasn't told until arrival that they could not give me an estimate as to when it would be back on. The manager or staff should have notified guests that it was out prior to arrival when it had been out over a day . And also the suite the front desk upgraded us to was very oddly designed . There was no place to sit and visit with my guests as the two bedrooms just basically had a bed and dresser in them and there was no common area like most suites have . We would have done better to just do a regular room where we could have sat on our beds and chatted .

The Ice machine was broken. NO HOT water the three days I was there. Front desk kept saying that it would be fixed within an hour, which never happened. Found a bug in one of our beds. For Breakfast, the sausage was burn and not enough tater tots. The staff never provided clean towels and toilet paper. I don’t recommend this place. Called Expedia, they only offered me a $70 credit which I did not received.

Not great, room was mostly clean, but looks like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Average stay. Parking for oversized vehicles or trailers was a joke. Park on the dirt/muddy lot beside the hotel.
