It was disappointing that because I book my 2 rooms through Expedia I was unable to get adjoining rooms.

Not a good stay
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsSeemed much older and not as clean and updated than other Tru Hilton we have stayed in during our travels. Not a very nice area. Did not feel safe.

The AC is extremely loud, it sounds like the compressor is going out. The tiny refrigerator was defrosted with the water going to the floor. Mechanical shades with the controls 12 feet away and unlabeled.
Great staff!
The facility is below the Hilton standard.

All the things we really love about a Tru, no carpet, no frills, no hassle. It was clean and the staff was nice. The free breakfast was fine, all that we have come to love and expect from a Hilton Tru. Our only complaint, this is not a great part of town. We felt safe and comfortable, don't get me wrong, however, I don't think I would be out walking around the area after dark. Not to sound dramatic or anything, just an observation..
