Did not stay front desk gentleman was rude and closed out my registration. He lied and said he tried to charge my card and it declined which I have no transaction for. I had left my id and told him I would return. When I did he said he had cancelled my room as I had taken too long. and that is also when he claimed to try charge my card and was declined so he said. He is a very negative front desk worker. and will lose money because he didn't even off me another room. even thogh on the website he still had many available

This place is. A crap Hole, there's bedbugs, No breakfast, There's no microwave refrigerators in the rooms and the rooms are falling apart.I've stayed here for 1 week. And this will be my last week , staying here

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to give feedback but I think you have the wrong location cause we have microwaves and refrigerators. We also have a continental breakfast here. We haven't had any complaints of a bedbug issue.

Staff was nice and room was relatively clean. Mattress was not very comfortable, faucet on tub was fused to where you could only shower. Breakfast is just waffles, oatmeal, muffins and two cereals. There is a large homeless population nearby. For the cheap price, you get what you pay for.

The escalators of the building behind the restaurant was really dirty just clean deeply for your next guests- a lot of people who probably hadn’t a room was walking and staying around, unsafe
