The room had a refrigerator/freezer. I put some stuff in the freezer and noticed the door wouldn't close all the way, therefore it was running non stop and the refrigerator was not cool. After I was in the room a while and barefoot, I stepped on something. I looked at the bottom of my foot. It was completely black. Looked at my other foot, same thing. Next morning I take a shower. After letting the hot water run full I finally decided it was going to be a cold shower. Not sure the temp ever got to 90 degrees. Proves you get what you pay for.

All of the towels were dinged, bathroom was smelly, the refrigerator was dirty and tiny roaches were in the room.

The pool was non-functioning and the place had roaches.

Advertised an out door pool which wasn’t open. Room dirty. Had to ask for clean towels. No housekeeping for four days

Horrible stench room

The refrigerator doesn’t work. My food is all spoiled. I told the staff & they denied it! The room was a smoking room in the past. The intensive stench permeated to my hair, clothing & bags. All the lamp shades are broken. The kitchen area with very poor lighting. I couldn’t leave because I work nearby. I paid for the entire week.
