Homeless people everywhere outside.. very sketchy area. Sheets gave me a huge rash on my arms and shoulders. Front desk staff rude. Small tv. No pool or hot tub. 2 tiny pillows. Charges for everything. $100 deposit. If you set your trash outside the room or towels, they want to charge you like $25. If you have a pet and they poop and you don’t clean it up I think it was like $50. Signs everywhere about random charges. The whole place smelled like weed. Never again!!!

Roaches in the room. Do not book this hotel.

Booked this room to stay with my husband and 2 kids. Immediately upon entering the hotel lobby i noticed that it felt hot and damp. I went ahead and checked in and paid the security deposit at the desk since i had already booked and prepaid online. We went upstairs to our room only to Immediately see a roach crawling around in the bath tub. (See attached photo) As i was discussing with my husband and we were deciding that we needed to find a cleaner room without roaches somewhere else. My kids tried to turn on the tv and it wouldnt turn on at all. We grabbed our luggage and went back down to the front desk to ask for a refund only to be told by the guy behind the desk (who didnt seem surprised by the fact that we found roaches in our room) that he cant refund our room only our security deposit. And that i had to reach out to hotels.com for a refund. Which i still havent gotten because according to them the hotel has to approve it, but isnt responding. Outside the hotel when we left there were several sketchy people loitering around our car. Made us feel very unsafe. Dont waste your time or money on this hotel. As i am out the price of this room plus the price of an additional room i had to book so we actually had a safe clean place to stay.

Do NOT go to this property! We didn't even stay the night we felt so unsafe. It looked like a drug den. The property was very rundown and there were very sketchy men hanging around (one asked us if we knew if there were security cameras around). Really, this property should be shut down.

They lobby was not air-conditioned. It was hot. Very, very hot. They make you pay a $100 deposit and you lose it if you dont personally hand in your cards for the door when you check out. The sheets were dirty, the curtains had holes, the night stand had something sticky. No coffee pot. The blanket was like a tablecloth. Lumpy, small pillows. Light switch by bed was broken, I had to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off. That was sticky too. Terrible area, it appeared unsafe outside. Light bulbs in the bathroom were not working or were missing. No tv available, you have to bring your own streaming device. Im not even sure the room was cleaned.

I feel safe here, with just my boys and I being here mostly. The front desk staff is amazing, friendly and understanding, but at the same time don’t take no B.S lol .This by far is my favorite place to live until our apartment is ready!!
