Excellent customer service! There are many spacious gathering spaces which we loved. I will be staying here again when I come back to OKC!

I wasn’t a fan of the whole valet only option. I also wasn’t a fan of valet smoking around the stand.

Overall our stay at the Hyatt Place was very good. The rooms were very clean and spacious! We came in for a concert at the Paycom Center and it took us about 15 minutes to walk which wasn’t bad. My only complaint was the parking. Valet was the only option and it’s a bit pricey. So I ended up parking in a public parking garage about 2 blocks away. Saved me a little money but it would have been nice if the hotel had complimentary parking.

Hotel was very clean and employees were very accommodating. Brick town is nice and me and my wife felt safe walking the streets.

I booked a king bed room but got a double queen. We were in a daze after driving and unpacked before I realized the bed situation; therefore we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. Seems like a pretty good oversight though.
