The front desk concierge was lovely and she helped me out when I needed a wipe to clean my suitcase she got me a magic eraser that did the trick

The shower had mold in the corners and the shower floor needs to be scrubbed
Put a towel down so we did not have to stand on the shower floor

Nobody told us about the construction when we booked hotel. We wanted to sleep in but drilling and hammering at 0700 right above us prevented that. We called about it & nothing changed. Will not stay at this one again.
