One word, BEDBUGS!!! I will never stay at another comfort in! I was eaten alive by bed bugs! I reported the infestation in room, and took a dead bug down to the desk to report it to staff before I left! She put the bug on some tape to report it...well that's what she told me she was going to do.

The front desk lady was very nice, polite and very helpful. Other than that, We found the room dirty. My mom and aunt stayed in there and they never had housekeeping service. I really regret they stayed there and for that price.
