They do not return my money. They send to Motel 6. Nights May 13, 14. If not return police call

My room was canceled for no reason before I even got there and once I was there no help was offered to figure out what was wrong. I was told to “contact hotels.com and they can call me” and they wouldn’t even let me charge my phone so I could figure anything out.

I did the reservation on Expedia, when we arrived to the hotel, they told me that they cancelled the reservation without notice.
I called Expedia and they were not notice either about the cancellation.
Horrible customer service. Worst experience I ever had.
