They make you sing a non smoking policy and the room smell like cigarettes, the pillows are unconfortable and the bed make a lot of noise when you turn around.

I had booked a non smoking, king bed room and they only had a smoking room. We have allergies so that didn’t work. We also needed a first floor room and they ended up giving us a non smoking room on the second floor with 2 queen beds. Not what we asked for but the girl at the front desk did what she could.

The beds were not properly built and made noise when ever you laid on them. Loud springs noises. We requested the room to be service half way through our stay, room was never serviced. Had to go to front desk for towels. Had to take out our own trash.
