Clean and tidy, the room is very comfortable. Walkable distance to Okayama station. Many restaurants nearby.

This hotel is very clean & comfortable. It’s about an easy 12-minute walk to the train station even with luggage. There’s a convenience store a few doors down & a supermarket a couple blocks away. The rooms have a nice desks that’s good for working. WiFi is fast. There’s a kettle & a fridge. This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan because it’s was so clean, simple & conveniently located. Plus the price was very budget friendly.

Thank you very much for staying at Smile Hotel Okayama.As you wrote in your review, our hotel is about a dozen minutes' walk from Okayama Station.It is also possible to take a bus or tram from Okayama Station to the stop right in front of the hotel.If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, or if you are tired, public transportation may be convenient.In particular, trams are recommended for travelers as they go slowly but are comfortable to ride.Although we are fortunate to be in a good location, our staff will continue to grow in terms of service, and we look forward to having the opportunity to serve you in the future.Thank you for taking the time to submit your comments.We look forward to welcoming you again.

Everything was good!! Front Desk gentlemen who speaks English is very professional and kind with great attention to detail. Rice pillows were uncomfortable however.

Great stay. Room had everything I needed & was clean/comfortable. Staff made hospitality clear even when our common vocabulary was limited. Close to shopping/dining/public transportation & also walkable. I extended my stay!
