ホテル設備はよいが周辺環境が良くない。
夜中もうるさい。

The one worry is across the street matador if you go out avoid if late at night. Sometimes (foreigners) can be drunk and try to fight with people unsure if it is staff or just a one off

The breakfast is good, but the rooms are old and not very clean.
