"Property was beautiful and just like in the pictures close places to dine at and shop housekeeping staff was excellent however front desk management staff was not… Ended up paying $230 more than what we were quoted when we did our reservation needless to say it was beyond frustrating And I’ve never had that happen before.My husband was equally upset had issues with room keys etc. "

I wish the beds were a bit better but I have a high end bed at home that spoils me. Photo is standing right by the hotel. Outdoor pool is heated. "
