"I don't even know where to begin, we were travelling from London UK to Canada for the first time and we booked this suite and honestly the staff at this establishment are the most caring, loving and polite people I have ever come across, I have travelled extensively prior and never received such amazing customer service. Most importantly whenever we had a query the staff were always so helpful and it was never a no, but always a let's see what we can do. I am gutted that I did not get to remember everyone's names from reception, to housekeeping and to breakfast staff, but honestly you all are the most amazing people. Your care is above and beyond. Some names I can remember are Janice, Sabina, the beautiful green eyed lady at reception which is the best way I can remember her. The housekeeping lady who was so polite and we even had such nice conversations about Canada as this was our first visit. But also the beautiful breakfast staff who always greeted us with lovely smiles every morning. This was our first trip to Canada and we chose to stay in Hamilton as it was the mid point for Toronto and Niagara, the transportation links were easy, we used The GO buses and trains and the bus station is just opposite the hotel and it also drops you right back outside the hotel. (Short walk, very easy). I would most definitely recommend if your thinking to stay in Hamilton book this place. The suite had everything you needed, everything was so clean and to perfection. "I’ve stayed there a few times now with my softball team for tournaments. The only issue I had this stay was that the hot tub jets weren’t functional. Everything else including the breakfast was perfect. "

Basic amenities for price point - could do with some extras for $350 night (pen/notepad for example and wine glasses & corkscrew I had to get at Moxies as the front desk didn’t have any available). Very clean pool and hot tub"
