View was excellent. The facilities were poor. They charged us extra 3 euro for city tax which was not on the booking. And if we wanted A/C would be 5 euro per day.

All the fees are clearly stated in every reservation in the description below so it needs to be read by the guest.Facilities are the ones guest books depending on the room type .We always pay attention guest to be clearly notified about every information about the room and services they book.

worst hotel in Ohrid

This has been so far my worst experience with Expedia , we were freezing in the hotel trying to heat up the room with AC , when we asked for a heather he turned his phone off and we were freezing!! He wasn't picking up the phone , he dissapeared as soon as we paid , when you go out , they go into your room and go through your stuff!!! Worst of the worst, do not book here!!!

Rooms have good AC inverter heating and this guest was asking for additional heating which we don't have and we don't provide.AC was in working condition and its working 24 hours while the guests are staying in the room We suppose "problem" came out when the cleaning lady came into the room to stop the water in the toilet which was running for hours forgotten by the guest and saw the additional large heating panel brought by the guests.Guest has already brought additional heater without permission and he was still asking for an extra heater.Nobody from our staff said anything to the guest to stop using the second heater they brought with them even it is not allowed by our hotel policy to bring additional heating. We suppose the guest unhappiness came when he noticed that we find out he brought additional heating and without any shame were asking for extra. Sorry but having 2 heating devices for just one room and asking for one more heater its really unacceptable !

Terrible staff, far away from the town

Pros: The water was warm in the shower.
Cons: Many things. Better locks, better service, better wifi, make your outlets work.
Location: Beach and churches in Ohrid.
From the beginning I was not pleased with this hotel. When we arrived in Ohrid, our taxi driver was happy that he knew the hotel and knew the owner. Turns out this was code for "oh great I can rip them off" and tried his best but luckily we didn't budge. We were welcomed by a woman who spoke barely any English and handed us our keys and asked for CASH payment. They didn't accept credit card which was I wasn't pleased about. They asked for more € than I was supposed to pay and tried to add taxes that weren't consistent. One person said one price, another said a different price, it was really annoying. The room was ok, although there were barely any towels provided and were pretty terrible. The fridge in the room worked fine, but every time we stepped out, the maid came in and changed the temperature to not use as much power. Look, I like my drinks cold, not mediocre cold. The location was alright, but it was pretty far from the town and not easy to find at all. The hotel didn't help in any way for finding things in town, or even for check out. Their "office hours" are 9am-noon and even then you can really only call them over the phone (which cost me a lot of money because I don't live in Macedonia). Out of five outlets in our room, 2 worked and the wifi is poor at best. Lastly, the room key is very poor. It's an old school key and you could break into each room with little effort. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm extremely disappointed.

We are sorry to hear about this unhappy guest.Its not our fault regarding guest disorientation around the town, we always explain at the time they check in.To orientate is quite easy because we are located in the old town center so all historical sights are just on walking distance.We couldnt clearly understand what happend because review wasn't strictly based on our accommodation.We offer just accommodation service and no full hotel and transportation agency 24/7 services which is clearly written on the website.We offer just limited service and we will only check and try to improve the accommodation service itself which is our priority.Thank You.

Close to Archeological sites

This stay is more of a villa style accommodation, our room was very clean and included an awesome view of the lake from our private balcony and a small kitchenette for small/simple meals. This stay is very close to all the archeological sites as its located in the Old Town part of Ohrid. However, if you plan on partying and hitting the hip scene you might be a little disappointed that the walk is about 15 mins downhill. If you are not in top shape the walk back up can be a little exhausting but well worth the view and calmness of the neighborhood. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Appartements adaptés dans un immeuble, superbe vue

Il s'agit de chambres dans une grande maison, adaptés donc pour un séjour familial sur Korce. Vue superbe sur la ville car sur les hauteurs, donc il faut anticiper la marche pour descendre (et remonter) au port. On sent que les travaux ne sont pas terminés donc peut-être que lorsque vous y séjournerez, les travaux seront terminés. Nous étions seuls, nous avons eu le droit à deux grandes chambres, avec salle de bain collective à ces deux chambres, donc possibilité de devoir partager la SDB si c'est plein. Il y a du chantier à l'intérieur, du fait des travaux. On peut se garer dans la citadelle, juste devant le logement. La vue fait tout ! La chambre reste très basique, et la SDB aussi.

Varış saatimiz akşam saat 10’da otele vardık. Daha önce varış saatimizi haber verdik fakat geç kaldığımıza yönelik mesajla telaşlı bir yolculuk yapmamıza sebep olundu. Resepsiyonu olmadığı için bu durum sorun. Odamız 5. Kattaydı ve asansör yoktu. Valizlerinizle zor bir iniş çıkış oluyor. Konaklama yeri Ohrid’in tepe bölgesinde. Yani merkeze az gibi görünsede komple yokuş çıkılıp iniliyor. Klimayı kullanmak için de ekstra 5 euro vermeniz gerektiği de gözünüzden kaçmasın. Kullanmak durumunda kalacaksınız çünkü. Ohridte daha fazla kalmamıza rağmen, biz başka otele geçmek durumunda kaldık. Ayrıca diğer odaları bilmem ama bizim odamızın fotoğraflardaki gibi göl manzarası da yoktu. Kısacası önermediğim bir yer. Ohridde benzer ücretlere çok daha merkezde ve güzel oteller bulabilirsiniz.

Thank you Turkey we appreciate your support as always and we appreciate your critical comments when they are real which is not the case now. All our rooms have balcony and lake view some of them have side lake view,depending on availability on arrival. Our villa and any villa in the old town doesnt have 5 floors, its maximum 3 floors up,AC is charged as stated in the property description. These guests arrived after our check hours but they were still accommodated by our property staff even if its not our obligation to provide service after check-in hours. We always try to be helpfull to our guests when that is possible some of them appreciate it some of them don't so we are aware of that in this case. Regards
