The lady we were greeted by was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend the Peaks.

The room had what we needed for a one night stay. Extremely soft mattress, and hot water was metered. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations on hikes.

Hi Carol, Thanks for your stay at The Peaks. We are sorry to learn that you find mattresses too soft. Unfortunately it is a very difficult to get a right balance of softness vs hardness of the mattresses as it come to personal preference, our all mattresses are Sleepy Head brand and supplied by a well known hotel amenities supplier. We are not sure what you mean by "Hot water is metered" there is no limit/metering on the hot water. Thank you.
