I booked a king room with a jetted tub. When I arrived at the hotel I was put in a basic double room with no tub.
I spent 4 hours driving in a blizzard, on my birthday, to this hotel because it was one of the only ones last minute that had a room with a jetted tub. We arrived after office hours, & couldn’t even get ahold of someone to fix the problem.

Great place for the price. I upgraded to 2nd floor room witn balcony, it was huge. Hottub is outside like we like it..great lil place

They weren't there to check me in! I booked and confirmed online around 8:30 PM. They send an email about calling ahead of time but it wasn't sent until 10:00 PM. So I called the emergency line but no one picked up! There is an emergency line and NO ONE PICKED UP!!!
