It is a grand and comprehensive resort. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, firepits and a real full scale gym. They also have a nice separate breakfast spot and bar, and even a small movie theatre with films running all day. Plus, Jonathan's Restaurant is next door (18 ft.) with real tablecloths you don't see many places anymore and first rate dining. The restaurant even has entertainers upstairs with varying costs for tickets.
I wish we had asked for a tour of the property when we arrived. There were things we simply didn't know.
We will be back.....

Given that we stayed during a holiday weekend it wasn't surprising that there were many children which created more noise, but that is more of a reflection of parents allowing their kids to run and yell in the hallway and not a reflection of the property.

It was convenient to Jonathans for a concert we saw. Nice rooms, however kind of confusing on how to locate the rooms.

Location is key. Easy walk to the Marginal Way entrance and to Oguinquit playhouse. Overall, it is a great place to stay. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and will return.
There were some small disappointments, such as sparsely filled vending machines and therefore no late night snacks. The onsite pub used to have quite good food, but sadly it has declined to the point we no longer go there.
