I had a ground floor. The window wouldn't lock.The lock was broken and the screen was bent from being pried on. The hallway outside of the room smelled awful. The bedroom smelled. It was also very,very noisy.

Bed, sheets were cold and the heater wasn’t that effective. Couldn’t sleep properly. Wouldn’t visit again

Everything was great, except that the bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult getting in and out of it. There was plenty of room to move it over 3 feet from the wall. There were 2 of us sharing the bed. If it had only been one person, no problem. Just a suggestion!
