"Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very...

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again."

"The Redbrook lodge was beautiful. Ample parking at the property and easy to get to. Everything supplied that you would need for an overnight stay. The bathroom door was a bit tempramental as it is on a runner but i assume it just needed fitting back onto the runner so not really a criticism. The outdoor lights were not working but the warden was quick to come and attempt to fix them, but was unsuccessful. I would still stay again."

WALK IN LIKE A TRIBE !!!

"The Hotel hd a warm wellcome from staff easy check in. Clean hotel, all staff in all areas where pleasant & helpful. 1 particular staff member named Habiba was absolutely joyful & very kind & helped us. Train station jst 2 min walk which leads u towards the terminals, very handy & easy getaway for our morning flight. Definately would reccomend & book again. "

Very good - would stay again

"Very impressed with this hotel and would stay again. Pros are great location, great bar/restaurant and beds are very comfy. Cons were check in is 3pm and reception staff were not interested in trying to find a way to check in before and were quite military about this, the continental breakfast is nice but a little expensive for what it is and the room was on small side but we are used to American sized rooms so perhaps more a reflection of that. Overall very good and would stay again."
