"Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Close to the airport, and there are buses to downtown, there was a locker room for luggage, and we were able to take a bus downtown without carrying extra stuff."

great service! wish there were more windows
"I had a very pleasant stay. Laura at reception went above and beyond and was very helpful as most everything around town is in Swedish. The hotel itself is fine, a bit dark as none of the rooms or common areas have windows. comfortable enough. You do have to walk rather far to get to the bathrooms. ..."

"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund.
